Both oils are calming in nature and help in removing mental fatigue, exhaustion, dizziness, anxiety, nervousness and nervous tension. Eucalyptus is analgesic, antiseptic and an anti-inflammatory, while lemon is astringent and detoxifying. Combining these effects can help with many conditions, from pimples, sores, or stiff muscles to relief from the common cold, flu, allergies, and even asthma.
